Once your RMA request has been approved, we will send you login details so that you can monitor its progress using our online Customer Service Portal.

Important:

The RMA request form is only for returning defective products for repair. For other returns, please contact your sales person.

Battery packs which have been deemed by TRI-M Technologies to be out of warranty will no longer be accepted for repair.


Please review the limited warranty for all Tri-M products.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. A copy of the RMA must accompany all products that are shipped back
  2. A repair charge will be issued for out of warranty items and for items damaged from improper use.
  3. For your own protection, please use a traceable means of transport and keep a record of the tracking number until the merchandise is replaced or credited. You will be liable for any losses or damages caused by your shipping carriers.
  4. Returns for credit are subject to approval and a 20 to 30% restocking fee.
  5. No credit will be issued after 30 days from the day the item was originally shipped.
  6. RMA number is only valid for 15 days after being issued.
