Once your RMA request has been approved, we will send you login details so that you can monitor its progress using our online Customer Service Portal.
Important:
The RMA request form is only for returning defective products for repair. For other returns, please contact your sales person.
Battery packs which have been deemed by TRI-M Technologies to be out of warranty will no longer be accepted for repair.
Please review the limited warranty for all Tri-M products.
Terms and Conditions:
- A copy of the RMA must accompany all products that are shipped back
- A repair charge will be issued for out of warranty items and for items damaged from improper use.
- For your own protection, please use a traceable means of transport and keep a record of the tracking number until the merchandise is replaced or credited. You will be liable for any losses or damages caused by your shipping carriers.
- Returns for credit are subject to approval and a 20 to 30% restocking fee.
- No credit will be issued after 30 days from the day the item was originally shipped.
- RMA number is only valid for 15 days after being issued.
