Overview
SATA10000 series 2.5" SATA Flash drive from InnoDisk is designed and manufactured for industrial and rugged applications. SATA10000 series' host interface is SATAII 3.0Gbps and it supports up to UltraDMA5. In terms of performance, its maximum read speed is up to 160MB/sec. and maximum write speed is up to 140MB/sec. SATA10000 has a static wear-leveling algorithm designed-in allowing it to erase more than 2 billion times.
SATA10000 has undergone and passed a series of harsh and rigorous environmental tests including a strict vibration test at 20G acceleration (7~2000Hz) as well as 1500G (0.5ms) shock acceleration test. The device supports Hot-Swap that brings more convenience while the system is operating and its ECC function can correct 8bit per 512 Byte. The MTBF for the SATA10000 exceeds 4 million hours and has an extended temperature operating range of -40° to +85°C.
