ATA 8000

Overview

Delivering high reliability and premium performance, InnoDisk's FiD 2.5" ATA8000 series offers reliable performance of flash-based storage which is perfect for industrial applications, enterprise computing and military equipment field. ATA8000 electrically complies with the ATA6 standard and supports up to Ultra DMA 5 transfer mode. ATA8000 series provides capacity from 8GByte to 128GByte. Consumer grade and industrial grade models are available, with the industrial grade model able to work efficiently under minus 40 degrees to plus 85 degrees. The ATA 8000 series is ideal for rugged computing systems, having passed serial harsh and rigorous environmental tests.

FiD 2.5" ATA8000 series uses a static wear-leveling algorithm, enabling it to prolong its lifespan. Build-in Error Correction Code (ECC) function can correct 8bit per 512 Byte, enhancing reliability while the SSDs is transferring data. Working in rigorous environments is one of excellent advantages offered by ATA8000 series. ATA8000 passed acceleration 1500G (0.5ms) shock test and 20G (7~2000Hz) vibration test.

InnoDisk has developed its own firmware which is much more flexible to fulfill various customizations according to customer request. For example, ATA8000 series can be able to implement security erase functions based on different standards for both hardware and software solutions.
